Q. How long does an appointment take?
A. First time appointments take approximately 90 minutes; follow up appointments generally last 45 minutes to an hour.
Q. Do you accept insurance?
A. We accept most insurance plans. Upon booking we will verify your benefits. Your portion of payment is due at time of service. Please allow 48 hours prior to your appointment for benefit verification. We accept cash and credit card payments.
Q. How should I prepare for my appointment?
A. If this will be your first appointment, be sure to complete all the forms you received via e-mail at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you’d like us to bill your insurance, 48 hours is necessary in order to verify benefits. Eat a light meal prior to your appointment, wear loose comfortable clothing, and avoid the use of caffeine or alcohol just prior.
Q. What is PAHM’s cancellation/no show policy?

Q. What is PAHM’s late policy?
A. Please contact us to let us know you’re running late. You will be responsible for the full price of treatment, and schedule-pending, your treatment may be shortened. If our schedule is unable to accommodate, tardiness of more than 15 minutes may require you to reschedule.
